Interior Holiday Design & Decor

Package inclusions & quoting guidelines

• Exterior: Listed tree sizes, wreaths, accents and garland define the scope of each tier. Confirm whether decor is a purchase transferred to the client or Bloomed rental inventory before presenting a final agreement; package prices should reflect that choice.

• Interior: Clients supply all Christmas trees. Tier 1 uses only the client's existing decorations and includes no new decor purchases from Bloomed. Tiers 2-4 include the stated maximum allowances for new decorative enhancements.

• Materials: Interior decorative allowances are caps for included enhancements; any additional materials, specialty items or custom purchases require client approval and separate quoting.

• Installation assumptions: Pricing assumes accessible spaces, prelit or already-lit interior trees, standard mounting conditions and appropriately scaled design. Complex electrical work, high ceilings, oversized entryways and extensive railings should be quoted separately.

• Takedown: Holiday removal, storage, extra travel and work outside the defined package scope are not automatically included. Quote these separately.

• Before booking: Request current photos, dimensions, available client-owned decorations, requested aesthetic and access details. Confirm materials, ownership, timing and any upgrades in writing.
